Rep from holders on opposite side of Hat. Finishing: Sew side, top and tie seams. Fold lower edge of hat to WS along fold line; sew inside hat. Pom-poms: Working with 1 strand each of MC, A and B, wrap yarn around 3 fingers about 50 times. Remove from fingers; tie another piece of yarn tightly around center. Cut all loops open. Trim yarn ends to form smooth pom-pom. Make 2 pom-poms in this manner. Sew to ends of ties.
