04940 (Black Dazzle)
Sizes XS/L XL/5XL 4 5 balls

Size 9 mm (U.S. 13) knitting needles or size needed to obtain tension.

TENSION
11 sts and 16 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] in pat.

STITCH GLOSSARY

K = Knit.
K2tog = Knit next 2 stitches together.
Rep = Repeat.
RS = Right side.
St(s) = Stitch(es).
WS = Wrong side.

INSTRUCTIONS

Work 2 pieces alike.
Cast on 74 (83) sts.
1st row: (WS). Knit.
2nd row: K1. *K1. yfwd. K2tog. Rep from * to last st. K1.
3rd row: K1. Purl to last st. K1.
Rep last 2 rows 32 (40) times more.
Next row: (RS). Knit. Cast off loosely knitwise.

FINISHING
Pin side edge of one piece to cast off edge of other piece as shown in Diagram and sew together.
