Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), except where otherwise stated.

Standard Delivery
We deliver via Canada Post or Fedex.
When products are to be sent to two addresses or more, your delivery charge will be based on the total merchandise amount.

Rush Delivery
Street address required. Order items by e-mail and request items shipped via Fedex. Customer will be notified by e-mail on shipping charge.

International Delivery
Shipments outside Canada are subject to duties and value-added taxes and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return/Exchange Policy
Send the package to the address on your packing slip. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to withhold an amount equivalent to the shipping charge when we process the refund. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the goods to us. We recommend that you insure the parcel.

As you will be making your purchase from a computerized shade chart, should the color not match your expectations we will gladly exchange it or give you a full refund (minus shipping charges).
