This is a beginner level class. Participants will learn how to chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet and seaming.  The finished coaster measures approximately 3.5″ x 3.5″ (9cm x 9cm). Size may vary depending on tension and materials used.

MATERIALS

All class participants enjoy an in-store discount on class supplies.  Participants will need to bring the following supplies:

• US G 6/4 mm crochet hook
• Worsted weight yarn (#4) in black, white, red and your choice of colour for the iris. 100% Cotton yarn highly recommended. Estelle Sudz is a great choice.   
• Darning needle
• Scissors
