Edelweiss is known for its skin-caring and protective properties and the antibacterial and antioxidant effects attributed to the extract.

As an antioxidant, vitamin E is said to protect cells from oxidative destruction by free radicals and is often used in anti-ageing products.

Opal Beauty Balance 4ply with Edelweiss and Vitamin E Sock Yarn is a 4ply sock yarn made from 75% wool and 25% nylon in 6 great new self-patterning colourways.  The resulting sock has excellent wearability and a luxuriously soft feel.
