For a refund, you must contact our store within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; including, books or magazines, gift cards, and downloadable software products. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded - credit only. Shipping costs are also not refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please check with your bank or credit card company as processing times vary. You may also contact us at [email protected] should you have any additional questions.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items UNLESS you received the wrong items or damaged product. Additionally, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pick Up In Store - Free
Orders will be held for 30 days following purchase for pickup in store in St. John's, NL.
Local Delivery (St. John's, NL and some surrounding areas) - Free
If you're a local you know that someone is always "going out over the road," so if you give us a couple days we can usually have your order dropped off if you're in the area!
Letter Mail - $6.95
Orders will be shipped via Canada Post letter mail in a vacuum sealed bag. Tracking is not available for this option.
Please note that we are located on a island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. For this reason, adverse weather and other situations beyond our control can occasionally occur and may cause delays in delivery times.
Optional rates from other carriers will be displayed on checkout, and will offer varying service levels and costs.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Wool Trends ships to addresses within Canada and Internationally.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (where applicable). Any tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not recieve this email withing 3-4 days of placing your order, please contact the shop.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wool Trends is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Wool Trends is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.You will need to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If requeted, we can assist in contacting the carriers on your behalf.
